Texas Strong

Our history is filled with examples of Texans standing strong against all odds, fighting for what is ours, and defending our liberties—to the last man if need be.  We should be proud of our heritage which serves as a testimony to constantly ensure our right of self-determination; to decide for ourselves what is best for our families and our future--without interference from those outside of Texas.

All of this was true in 1836 ... and it is true today!

We the People have only granted the central government specific and enumerated powers.  All other rights and authorities we have explicitly retained as a state or as individuals.  Yet today, the central government has significantly overstepped their authority in numerous ways.  And if our congressional delegation does not defend against it, the federal overreach will continue.
