Less Government

We desperately need a government that fits inside our Constitution.

Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution clearly defines the enumerated powers vested in Congress.  All legislation introduced (including appropriation bills) must conform to these limited subject areas.  When Congress passes and the President signs any unconstitutional enactments that fall outside of these authorities, We the People suffer the consequences.

Entire unauthorized departments (and their subsequent spending) are created that add to our debt and tax burden.  Massive illegal bureaucracies and their pervasive regulations are formed that cause businesses to spend valuable and limited resources to conform and allow a central government to intrude on individual liberty

Our government was never intended to be this large or this intrusive.  Constraining legislation to its proper Constitutional limits will shrink our budget and keep bureaucrats out of our lives.
